I used Nice and Cool to install 2 split system heat pumps. One never worked properly, sucking up a ridiculous amount of electricity. After numerous visits, they were to order a part. Never did. Now my second heat pump stopped working. The excuse, due to tarriffs, it’s difficult to get parts. Even though there weren’t tarriffs when this nightmare began. I spent close to $35k for two 4 ton 18seer heat pumps and new ductwork. I never questioned his prices or his reputation. I also just found out he never registered my products, so there isn’t a record of any warranty.

Eli and his team are the best. They have the utmost integrity and care for their work and their customers. They respond quickly and efficiently. They are skilled and knowledgeable of everything HVAC and beyond. I went through 4 different individuals and companies prior to finding Eli and his amazing group. It was a nightmare before Eli saved me. I spent thousands of dollars unnecessarily on the others that all were professionals - they hardly hold a candle to Nice & Cool. 2/15/2017 I would recommend Nice and Cool to anyone seeking heating and cooling services. We needed to install a central heating system with the ability to add A/C in the future in a 90-year old house. The house had very limited space to accommodate a furnace chamber and ducting to two floors. These are typical challenges faced in retrofitting older homes not designed for such systems. Eli is very cordial and technically adept at answering all questions. We had many initial discussions and then a planning meeting prior to the installation to discuss system placement and details. Eli was always on time for meetings and always available for questions and additional meetings if needed. His crew was also consistently on time to perform the work, which was done quickly and on schedule. Very good quality of workmanship with modifications and the installation. Price is always secondary to quality of workmanship in my book, but it is still important and Eli's prices were very competitive and hard to beat. A very good company all-around in my opinion. When we bought a house without central A/C we immediately started our search for an HVAC company to install central air and update our heating system. After vetting numerous companies, we chose Nice and Cool and couldn't be happier. The owner Eli came out to speak to me twice regarding the estimate and came out numerous times during the installation. He and his team were reliable, efficient and professional. Their bid was incredibly reasonably priced compared to some of the other ones we received. They were thorough but speedy and we couldn't be happier with our Nest and central A/C! We recently had an issue with one older furnace we kept and Eli came out himself to fix it for us quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to numerous friends and neighbors. I will continue to use Nice and Cool for all of our heat/AC needs. Would give 10 stars if I could!
