Your electrical panel is the beating heart of your home's electrical system. If it is outdated, undersized, or unsafe, it cannot support modern appliances—especially an EV charger. New Phase Electric LLC specializes in comprehensive electrical panel upgrades that improve safety, reliability, and capacity. We have performed this work long before electric vehicles became popular, and our deep experience shows in every project.

When do you need an upgrade? Signs include frequent breaker trips, flickering lights, a fuse box instead of breakers, or a panel that is full with no space for new circuits. Also, if you are planning to add an EV charger, a heat pump, or a home addition, you will likely need a larger service (e.g., upgrading from 100A to 200A). Our team evaluates your current panel and future energy needs, then recommends the most cost-effective solution.

The process: We pull all necessary permits, coordinate with your utility if a service drop upgrade is required, and perform the swap efficiently—usually within one day. We replace your old panel with a modern, code-compliant panel using high-quality breakers. After installation, we test every circuit and clean up thoroughly. With our warranty and attention to detail, your home will be safer and ready for tomorrow's energy demands. Contact us for a panel inspection in New Phase Electric LLC.

Even the best EV chargers can sometimes malfunction. When your home charging station stops working, you need a skilled electrician who understands the technology inside and out. New Phase Electric LLC offers diagnostic and repair services for all major home EV charger brands. From error codes to faulty wiring, we quickly identify the root cause and get you back to reliable charging.

Common issues we fix: Charger not starting, reduced charging speed, intermittent power loss, overheating, communication errors between the charger and vehicle, or physical damage to the connector or cable. We also troubleshoot problems related to circuit breakers, GFCI nuisance trips, and voltage irregularities.

Our repair process: We begin with a detailed diagnostic using specialized tools to check voltage, amperage, and signal integrity. Then we provide a clear explanation of the issue and a fixed-price repair quote—no surprises. Repairs may involve replacing internal components, re-terminating connections, or recommending a replacement if your unit is beyond economical repair. As a company that stays current with EV technology, we know the common failure points of specific charger models. Trust us to restore your home charging convenience quickly and safely.
