I’d like to say a big thank you to Sam’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I came into town and when I got to my condo, the A/C was not working. A few months prior I happened to meet the owners Sam’s brother, who was installing a system in a condo adjacent to mine.
I struck up a conversation, I ask him the name of the company he was working for and he gave me a business card if I needed anything to give them a call his brother is the owner.
It was a Friday evening May 26th about 5pm I called and the owner Sam answered the phone. I explained my situation that my A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in my unit, he told me he could be at my residence about 7 PM. He showed up and diagnostic problem as a burnt out condenser. He explain to me he couldn’t have the part until probably Monday or Tuesday. We agreed on the price I felt very trust worthy.
Fast forward he got the part came out and installed it and everything went perfect. I appreciate Sams‘s honesty and fair pricing. I have a little knowledge and friends in the industry so I know Sam was telling me the truth, ( it’s hard to find honest people in the trades nowadays ) he did exactly what I was told should be done.
I highly recommend Sam’s Heating and Conditioning for your new installs and any HVAC repairs.
Sam is my new go to guy whenever I need something, I’ll tell all my neighbors, friends, and family who’s looking for an HVAC guy to give Sam’s Heating and Conditioning a call.

Sam has come to fix 2 of our AC units now, and he has been efficient, quick and on time every time.
The first time we had an issue with the AC unit on the roof, which he quickly got parts the next day and was able to fix it as soon as the parts came in.
The second time, the blower motor went out in one of our AC units. Sam ordered the blower motor and had it replaced next day.
