Met with Bob Schmuelke for an estimate. When I set up the appointment, the call center was reluctant to give me a specific time. They were insisting on a 4 hour window. But when I said that my time was valuable and I needed a specific time, they did set up a time for 1 o'clock. Bob called me to let me know that he was going to be 15 minutes late, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was very pleasant and personable. He came in, took pictures of the project and was able to write up an estimate on the spot. The estimate covered the exact services that were going to be required. I.e. Drywall, taping texture to match, paint to match, the warranty, and the time window for the contracting services. This was all very professional. Even though I haven't decided which company I'm going to use for my project, just knowing that Bob brought professionalism into the contracting services was extremely appreciated.

I found this company after searching for a patio cover on Home Advisor and Angie's List and getting multiple quotes from others. None gave me a lower estimate than Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling. I was able to work directly with the owner to finalize the plans, payment, and any additional concerns for my project. In addition, their sales team to include administrative assistants in the office were great to work with when detailing the scope of work. Contracting crew was on time for the 2-day project, completed the work and cleaned up completely when it was done. My new patio cover is beautiful and exactly what I asked for!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them!
