Joe, and Tyler, said they wanted to come back this week (today), and do a recheck and thought we needed a new part. Well today, what they thought was a 60-90 minute job, turned it to 3+ hours. Initially Iworked with Jason from who was quick and reasonable, thus I wanted to hire them again.
I recently had a condensation pump put on, not the pump or line i expected from an HVAC company, I found it on Amazon, for 59.00. The water has been sitting in the line for 4 days now..and soon it will begin to mildew and smell, it leads directly into my drain in bathroom so smells will come up directly into the room. There is no manual test button for me to clear the line, no safety switch either. Expected better quality an price for what was completed. The worker was extremely nice, but I am beginning to think if your a woman with need of any home repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electric or such, companies think they can provide substandard product or service, and you won't know the difference. I Emailed them about my disappointment because I really wanted to continue to use them if my issue was resolved, however they have not returned my message. That is why they get one star. It would have been nice to have a verbal follow up at least.
