Honesty Automotive is just what it says – trustworthy mechanics with integrity. They do excellent work at fair prices and things are done when they say they will be, or it is clearly communicated why not and a new timetable. They are located a bit outside of town (by the airport) but are totally worth the trip to have the confidence that your vehicle will be treated correctly with care. They make it easier to coordinate with overnight drop off/pickup and pay over the phone options. We’ve used them reliably for years for everything from routine oil changes/check ups to more complicated servicing and even fixing issues caused by other dealerships. Josh is great to work with – he communicates clearly and will even tell you if it’s in your best interest to do the work elsewhere! If things come in lower than his quote, he will give you the lower price as opposed to pocketing the difference. Everyone I have interacted with at this shop has been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They know their work and how to treat customers. Highly recommend!!

My car had a lot of differed maintenance that needed to get done, and Shane took me all through it and answered all my questions. Then, once the repairs were done, the car wouldn't start. They ordered parts at no extra charge to fix the issue and always patiently gave me updates whenever I asked. In the end, the issue turned out to be a minor error on their part. They even gave me a discount on the finished repair work as an apology for needing to keep the car extra time! They absolutely live up to their name and will continue using their services gratefully!

I took my vehicle to "Honesty Automotive" for some suspension work. I had to bring it back again because things loosened up. I had to bring it back again because there was clunking sounds in the rear. They said they couldn't find out what the problem was after they test over it multiple times, until I'm the one that pointed it out. Then they said it was a bushing, that needed to be replaced. You can understand my frustration. I had gotten on the phone with my mechanic that's out of state unfortunately.. And he gave his honest opinion, about what they were saying that was supposedly wrong with it. It was on speakerphone and they didn't like what they heard. Only for them to deny me service because of their own incompetence. I took it to Les Schwab for a second opinion. They test drove it as well. Seeing as is suspension work is what they do. They told me my bushings, weren't an issue as well as my suspension looked fine.
It's one thing when a person expects something for free. And it's another when you pay for a headache. Might want to reconsider the name of your business. Because it most definitely, doesn't suit you guys.
I wouldn't have even of given you guys a one start. But you have to just to leave a review.
